Tuesdays at 10 Am CST – Starting Jan 25 2022

In this 4 Week course, you will learn basics of meditation, beginner practices and some simple ways to bring more mindfulness in your daily life. Each lesson begins with a brief introduction of a new style, followed by a 30 min practice. After the practice any questions/shares are welcome.
